- Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your order for online purchases.
- For in-store purchases, returns are accepted within 14 days of the purchase date.
- Condition:
- Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all original packaging, manuals, and accessories.
- Products showing signs of use, damage, or alterations may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
- Proof of Purchase:
- A valid receipt, order confirmation, or proof of purchase is required for all returns.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Custom or bespoke kitchen designs and installations.
- Items marked as final sale or non-returnable at the time of purchase.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
- Consumable products or accessories (e.g., cleaning supplies) unless defective upon delivery.
Return Process
- Initiating a Return:

- Inspection:
- Returned items are inspected upon receipt to confirm they meet our return criteria.
- Shipping:
- For online orders, you are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the wrong item was sent.
- Items purchased in-store should be returned to the original store of purchase.
- Refunds and Credits:
- Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method upon approval of the return.
- Store credit may be offered as an alternative, if preferred.
Exchanges
- Eligible items can be exchanged for another product of equal or lesser value.
- Exchanges must be requested within the same 14-day timeframe and adhere to the return condition requirements.
Defective or Damaged Items

Custom and Bespoke Items
- Custom-made or bespoke items or products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the production process begins.
