I found them online as an official reseller for the Siemens Studioline range, and they offered a fantastic multi-buy price on the oven and hob I wanted. The entire process was seamless, and the communication from Tia and Robyn was excellent. They were incredibly patient with me while I double-checked my measurements, particularly for the oven, and they never made me feel rushed. I was able to pay a deposit while the items were ordered, and they kept me well-informed every step of the way. When it came to the installation, the service was seamless. The fitters from Linacre Electrical collected the oven and hob from Kitchen Craft Design and brought them directly to my home. This was a huge relief and a great part of the overall service. I'm so pleased with my new oven and hob and the reassuring service I received. I could have bought these items from another online retailer, but they seemed a little too pushy, and I didn't feel as confident in them as I did with Kitchen Craft Design. I'm glad I chose them and would highly recommend their service. The final design was wonderful. Thank you for a kitchen that made me cry!
I would not hesitate to recommend Kitchen craft to anyone. Mark our designer listened to all that we said and produced the most beautiful design, but our actual kitchen is truly amazing! and yes I cried once the stone people had fit the worktops, I could not believe the transformation from what was a dull and seemed to be a small kitchen to a bright airy kitchen which actually looks like we have extended it, the finish, appliances everything is just perfect. Our fitter Martin and electrician Mark were a pleasure to have in our home and nothing was too much trouble. I recently had a new kitchen fitted which was designed, supplied and fitted by Kitchen Craft. Richard Pockson did the initial design, advised on choices for units, appliances, worktop etc., and was available to answer any fitting and post fitting queries. The service provided by Richard was excellent and nothing was too much trouble. The craftsmen; kitchen fitter (Andy), plasterer (Kevin) and electrician (Luke) also did a great job. I am extremely pleased with the end result and would definitely recommend Kitchen Craft.

Cutting corners, not meeting deadlines, and dodgy measurements meaning the appliances weren’t lining up right. I called up kitchen craft and they’ve worked absolute miracles. Our designer, Mark has created a beautiful space I never thought possible in our house. From the layout, to the materials he suggested using, has given us a luxurious feeling Kitchen that we had not seen anywhere else. All the appliances were also fully demonstrated, as I was concerned going from Gas to an Induction hob would be risky. I’m glad I went for it, I use a griddle plate and cook most days on it. I’d be more than happy to recommend Mark and Kitchen Craft to my friends and family!

We love our new kitchen!!! The design Sophie did for us is perfect, she used all available space to fit everything we required. Nothing was too much trouble for her even when we couldn’t make our mind up about working tops and other accessories. She has a lovely personality and made us feel welcome when ever we called into the showroom or when on the phone. Everyone involved in creating our kitchen worked extremely hard, in a professional manner, and made the inevitable turmoil and upheaval easily bearable.

Excellent showroom at Chesterfield. All staff friendly and polite. Extremely pleased with the quality of our kitchen and appliances. The design service undertaken by Dean exceeded out expectations and was far superior to other kitchen providers we had visited. Nothing was too much trouble for Dean regarding our design change requests and we cannot speak highly enough of the service he provided, both pre and post-kitchen delivery. An excellent job by the kitchen fitters too. Would have given 5 stars had it not been for a slight issue with one of the units, although this was rectified promptly. Would definitely recommend Kitchen Craft.

I did a lot of research before going with KCD but this was the right decision as what we have is a fabulous kitchen delivered in budget and on time with great finish. Highly, highly recommended. We needed to design a kitchen for a new quite large extension and had had a previous German kitchen so wanted another one. Two things stood out about the first visit to KCD. Firstly it was completely no pressure and secondly when I took in our extension plans Richard listened what we wanted and then came back quickly with a design which actually fitted the bill and hardly changed over time. Really importantly he was happy to email us the CAD drawings to look at in our own time. He was also keen to know our budget so he could make a design fit for purpose. Other places had either been very precious about their potential designs and asked for £250 for the CADs or had not actually asked for a budget and designed wildly expensive first goes. We opted for a ‘dry fit’ and Andy the fitter knows the kitchens inside out and fitted with great attention to detail. There was one measurement issue on site and KCD sorted that out very quickly and kept to the original schedule. They also weren’t phased by us changing the installation date 3 times and didn’t for one moment suggest they would charge us for the storage of the kitchen which was delivered in September but actually fitted in December (other friends in a similar position have been charged £70 p/w ‘storage in a similar situation but a different firm). After care has been great – one reason for waiting a bit before posting this review. In short a firm of people who seem to really care about what they do and have been a pleasure to deal with – Highly recommended.

We were delighted with Kitchen Craft and their level of care and attention from start to finish and beyond. They have a very impressive showroom and the range and quality of the units and appliances set them apart from the other suppliers we considered – we certainly made the right choice. Our designer Dean Long was efficient and friendly and was very happy to work with us to create a quality personalised solution for our specific requirements in a relatively short timescale, and we were provided with detailed plans and images of the design prior to our approval of the final quote. The dismantling of our previous kitchen and preparation for the re-build was swift and painless and both Tim (electrician) and Shaun (fitter) deserve great praise and our sincere thanks – they both went the extra yard to deliver the extra care and attention that makes their bespoke kitchen work so well for us. They also ensured that every aspect worked for us and their “can do” attitude was much appreciated and we had no need to bring in outside help for those minor installation issues that can easily add time and hassle to the overall installation project. Dean was in regular contact with us to ensure a smooth installation process and to ensure that any ongoing design tweaks and amendments were carried out to our complete satisfaction. Since the completion of the installation we have received follow up contact from Dean to ensure that we were still satisfied with everything with Shaun popping over to add further care and attention to the finished product. We would happily recommend Kitchen Craft to anyone.

Exceptional service! Nothing was too much trouble and when I kept changing my mind, Anthony just calmly re-worked the design (several times!) and steered me away from some dodgy decisions. The Hacker kitchen I have is really good quality – I expected it to arrive flat-packed, but all the units were ready-made and very robust. The fitters provided by Kitchen Craft were excellent – problems that arose on site were quickly dealt with – “don’t worry, we’ll sort it” was their favourite expression when I was concerned about something. There was one decision I made that I now regret, but Kitchen Craft have said it’s not a problem, it can be changed, so the service they provide extends even after the kitchen is fitted! I absolutely love what they have created for me and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them. I’d give them ten stars if I could!

I had my Kitchen designed and installed approximately 2 years ago now. From my initial meeting with Richard Pockson, I was impressed by him and Kitchen Craft. Richard was a lovely guy to deal with, nothing wasn’t too much trouble for him. I think we had 4 or 5 rejigs in design before we decided on the final one. Richard obligingly went along with us. When it came to the fitting of the kitchen we were lucky enough to get Andy. He was absolutely amazing. He was the fitter you dream, you would get. He was meticulous, and his precision was exceptional. I can not fault him or Richard in any way. Two years on and our kitchen still looks fabulous-standing up to everyday living very well.

We went to Kitchen Craft in Chesterfield off the back of a recommendation. The design process was excellent, both me and my partner came out excited. Mark was great, he designed the kitchen using 3D design, we never thought our small kitchen could feel so big. Although there have been a few small snags which you would expect these have been sorted and we are delighted by the finished product. Our kitchen feels like a showroom, every inch of space has been used to full capacity. This company get my thumbs up and I would recommend to anyone. Both Andy and Mark have been very impressive.

From the moment we walked in the door at the Chesterfield showroom we were looked after by Richard.
